With our Headteacher moving on after 7 successful years, we are now looking for the right individual with the ambition to lead us and build on our success. The Governors are looking for a resilient, experienced, and inspirational leader who will lead the existing team and build on the progress and achievements already secured during the recent years.
The successful applicant will be committed and innovative with the capacity to both recognise and unlock the potential in each and every child, providing a nurturing and enriching primary school experience.

the energy and creativity to drive curriculum innovation at the same time as maintaining existing practices that are working effectively
a commitment to embedding achievement for all pupils, including those who have Special Education Needs and to ensure their needs are met
high expectations of all pupils in their attainment, behaviour and attendance and the skills needed to translate these expectations into pupils achieving their full potential
the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including staff, pupils, parents and the governing body
a demonstrable track record of developing a team to meet the high expectations required and unlocking their leadership potential
an ability to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes
